A request for an exchange or return, must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on item(s) in new and sellable condition with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept any items that have incurred makeup stains or that smell of perfume. Any returns requested after 14 days of receiving your order are ineligible for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer.
Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on the order.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL CODES
Any purchases made using a promotional code of 20% off or greater are eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. A return may be applied for within 14 days of receiving your purchase, standard returns criteria applies. See above policy for more details. An exchange can be requested for a different size or style at the same full price value. If an exchange is requested for an item at a higher price, then the cost difference between the 2 items will be payable at the point of exchange. Store credit will be issued to a customer's account, based on the discounted price paid for the item.
Only authorised returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. (Available on work days from 9AM - 6PM (CET). We try our very best to get back to you within one work day.)
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Items that are discounted on sale 30% off or greater, or marked “final sale" are not eligible for refund or exchange. No exceptions. Any Final Sale items included in a return will be sent back to the address listed on the order.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75,-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
